Step into a world where vintage engineering meets the wild beauty of the Scottish Highlands. From 23–26 April 2026, we invite you to relive the golden era of motoring on an unforgettable 600-mile journey through Scotland’s most breathtaking landscapes.
Exclusively for pre-1948 cars, this renowned event blends friendly yet competitive spirit with grand hospitality. Crews will navigate iconic roads and historic rally sections. From the elegant start at Gleneagles Hotel, north through the Cairngorms and Aberdeen, onward to Inverness, before returning south for a champagne finish worthy of legends.
Whether it’s the thrill of 10 challenging Tests and 16 Regularities, the camaraderie of fellow enthusiasts, or the simple joy of classic motoring against a backdrop of lochs, mountains and ever-changing Scottish weather; Flying Scotsman 2026 promises pure adventure, nostalgia and celebration.

£5,500. Under 35's receive a 30% reduction.
Car Eligibility:
Car built before 1948 in road going trim.
- Cars will be accepted in the following three age Categories:
- Pioneer - Built before 31 December 1920
- Vintage - A model in production between 1 January 1921 and 31 December 1930
- Vintageant - A model in production between 1 January 1931 and 31 December 1947 and significantly modified cars from Categories A & B
